1. Campaign Settings: Select “Only bid for new customers” under customer acquisition in your P.Max campaign.

2. Product Listings: Exclude all products from the ‘Listing Group’ for a targeted ad display.

3. Diverse Ad Assets: Upload a mix of text, image, and video assets to increase reach.

By doing so, your ads will be served only on Google’s Search, Display, Discovery, and YouTube, and will target new users who have never visited your site before.

Pro Tip: Your ads may still appear on branded keywords. Reach out to Google customer support to apply negative keywords and prevent this.
