Kolkata, West Bengal, India:  Oxedent, a leading eCommerce performance marketing agency, today announced that it has experienced a cyberattack on one of its Gmail account, biplabpoddar606@gmail.com. The attack resulted in the unauthorized access of the account and subsequent use of the email ID to carry out illegal activities.

Furthermore, one of the company’s former clients reported that biplabpoddar606@gmail.com had accessed their Shopify store and downloaded the customer list without permission.

In addition, Oxedent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reported another case about a month ago regarding hackers using their company name, Oxedent, to post fake job listings in exchange for money. The company is urging caution to their clients and the public in light of these incidents.

The company has taken immediate action by changing the account password and reporting the incident to law enforcement under local jurisdiction. However, Oxedent is urging caution to its clients and the public, as it is unclear what the hacker did with the information obtained from the account.
